ICG NextGen計劃 2024年度 招聘實習生 ICG醫療是一家備受矚目的全球醫療人才招聘公司，致力于搭建卓越醫療專業人才與領先機構的橋梁。專注于英國、美國和亞太市場，我們專業為客戶提供一流的醫療人才，滿足多樣化的用人需求。Greenstaff Medical 及Greenstaff Life Science 是我們集團旗下的重要品牌。 值得關注的機會： 我們正在招聘實習生，加入我們的全球卓越招聘中心！這個計劃旨在讓你深入了解國際醫療招聘市場，培養你在這個領域的技能和能力。你將參與為期3個月的結構化培訓計劃，旨在發展你的技術和行為能力，使你在全球招聘行業中脫穎而出。整個計劃由業務高級領導支持，你還將有機會畢業并與我們在中國和日本的世界級業務和團隊互動。 我們將加速你通往國際醫療人才巔峰的步伐，你將成為在中國和日本找到、聯系和吸引高技能醫療專業人才的關鍵人物。 我們尋找天生好奇，富有主動性和創造力的求職者。富有韌性的人，愿意學習，想要取得成功，并具備強烈的職業操守。 這個崗位充滿活力，需要學習、實踐、研究、招聘、溝通和建立關系的技能，以及對全面成功的努力態度。你只需要積極參與和全身心投入。 地點：中國大連（現場辦公） 你可以期待什么： 1. 人才招聘： • 學習如何找到世界一流的候選人！ • 學習并應用經過驗證的招聘技巧。 • 在流行的工作招聘平臺（智聯，獵聘，linkedin等）上應用你的新技能；但更進一步，發現候選人的新來源。 • 嘗試使用布爾搜索字符串構建并找到那些隱藏的寶石！ • 分析數據以優化你的方法并改進搜索結果。 • 你將在與招聘團隊合作尋找優秀候選人的過程中工作。 • 你將得到指導、輔導和支持，以達到每周績效指標（就像在真實世界中一樣！） 2. 關系建立和銷售： • 學習銷售的藝術，并與候選人建立有意義的關系。 • 一旦你畢業到語音電話階段，實踐并應用你的學到的知識，贏得候選人的信任。 • 建立一個健康而高質量的國際醫療專業人員網絡和管道。 • 學習對影響和談判的微妙之處，將幫助你鞏固與注冊新候選人的關系！ • 你將得到指導、輔導和支持，以達到每周績效指標（就像在真實世界中一樣！） 3. 市場研究和人才畫像： • 學習并進行市場和行業研究，發現目標區域并向候選人傳遞信息。 • 學習并進行競爭對手市場地圖繪制。 • 你將被培訓如何分析你的研究發現以指導你的招聘策略和日常任務，然后你需要執行你的計劃并找到那些候選人！ • 學會如何解釋你的發現，并將這一情報分享給你的導師和其他實習生！ 4. 協作和團隊合作： • 學習如何在商業環境中適當運營和行為可能令人生畏。你將在該計劃中培養能夠幫助你每天積極出現的技能。 • 我們相信作為團隊，我們將在一起走得更遠。學會與團隊成員互動、合作和共享。 • 你將學到諸如主動傾聽以及如何解決問題等技能。 該計劃對任何有正確態度并想要成功的人都是開放的。如果目前正在攻讀人力資源、工商管理、日語、英語或相關領域的本科或碩士學位，并具備出色的英語或日語語言掌握能力，那么歡迎你的加入。同時你需要具備計算機素養也是必不可少的。且可以承諾在實習期間的指定時間（例如，3個月）并每周至少工作四天。
